This service allows you to put a caller on hold while a second call is answered or made. So, if someone else tries to call you while you are already talking, you will hear an audible beep tone to notify the same to you.

|
|
When you answer the second incoming call, your first call is placed on 'Hold'. You can now switch between the two live calls by pressing 1 & 2:
|
|
|
- Press 1 to switch to First Call.
- Press 2 to switch to Second Call.
|
