Appellate Authority

If you are unsatisfied with the response from the Nodal Officer, you can make a further appeal to the Appellate Authority. Our Appellate Officer will be available anytime from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.

Status of Appeals:

Format for making appeals:

  • Your appeal must be submitted through the duly completed Appeal Form, in duplicate. Click here for the form, or alternatively visit our circle office where the prescribed form is available.

Procedure for making appeals:

  • You must file the appeal within 3 months after the expiry of the complaint resolution time limit, specified by the Nodal Officer.
  • Appeals only against the decision of the Nodal Officer are maintainable before the Appellate Authority, no other appeal / direct complaint shall be entertained.
  • Appellate officer will let you know the resolution time along with your complaint docket number through proper communication channel.
  • For detailed procedure on disposal of appeals by Appellate Authority please refer the TRAI Regulation on Consumer Protection and Redressal for Grievances (3 of 2007), available on TRAI website www.trai.gov.in
